“You have the power to rewrite your story, build healthier connections, and become the version of yourself you’ve always deserved to be.”

Reaching out for therapy can feel overwhelming, and you deserve a space where you or your child feel truly understood and supported. I’m a mental health counselor who believes that healing looks different for everyone, and that therapy should reflect the unique needs, strengths, and pace of each individual. I work with children, teens, and adults, and my approach is rooted in curiosity, compassion, and the understanding that no single method works for every person.

Rather than using a one-size-fits-all model, I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches including play therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, trauma-informed care, and a neuroaffirming lens to create a space that truly fits the client sitting in front of me. Whether that means helping a child express themselves through play, guiding a teen through big emotions and identity exploration, or supporting an adult in navigating stress, relationships, or long-standing patterns, I tailor each session to what feels most meaningful and effective.

My goal is to provide a supportive, open environment where clients feel safe to explore, grow, and build new possibilities for themselves. I’m here to meet you exactly where you are and to walk with you at your own pace toward the changes you want to see.

JUST FOR FUN!

Outside of my work as a therapist, I enjoy spending my downtime with my family. You can often find me at the soccer field most evenings and weekends cheering on my son as he plays high school and travel soccer. When I have time to slow down, I also enjoy being in the kitchen cooking, baking, and trying new recipes.
