You’re ready to get started. You know what therapist you want to work with. You’ve reviewed our FAQ page and are ready to talk with someone about scheduling your first appointment.

Indiana Counseling & Resilience Center is an out-of-network provider and does not accept or bill to any insurance companies. Fees are due at the time of service and range from $155-$175. Clients may pay with credit/debit cards or HSA/FSA cards.

PPO (Preferred Provider Organizations) and POS (Point-of-Service) plans cover out-of-network providers. Contact your insurance company to verify your benefits.

Payment process: (1) Fees are paid at the time of service; (2) For individual therapy we can submit reimbursement requests to your insurance on your behalf; (3) Your insurance company reimburses you directly. For couples counseling, we do not assist with reimbursement requests, but we can provide superbills upon request.
