TRAUMA | GRIEF & LOSS | CHRONIC & TERMINAL ILLNESS | ANXIETY & STRESS

“Walking alongside individuals as they acquire the skills and tools to enhance their quality of life, empowering them to reach their full potential.”

You are someone who keeps showing up, even when things get hard. But beneath that strength, something else has been quietly building — memories that resurface without warning, a voice in your head that says you're not doing enough or are simply too much, and a heaviness that doesn't lift no matter how busy you stay. You deserve more than just learning to push through.

Maybe it's grief you can't find solid ground in, or old experiences that keep interrupting your daily life at the most inconvenient moments. Maybe you've noticed painful patterns repeating — in how you see yourself, how you connect with people you love, how you feel in your own skin. No one should have to white-knuckle their way past the things that hurt the most.

Picture yourself moving through your days with a steadiness you haven't felt in a long time — quieter thoughts, a kinder relationship with yourself, and more room to actually live your life. That kind of change is possible.

To best support you, our sessions are tailored directly to your unique needs and goals. As a person-centered therapist, I am intentional about cultivating an open, authentic, and non-judgemental space where you can feel truly seen. While I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches depending on what you need, I most frequently incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). When you are ready to take the next step, I invite you to reach out and I would be honored to walk alongside you during your healing journey.

JUST FOR FUN!

While I live in Indiana now, I am an Illinois native! I spent my undergraduate years in Nashville, Tennessee, before making Indiana home in 2021. I earned my bachelor’s degree at Belmont University (Go Bruins!) and my master’s at Indiana Wesleyan University.

When I’m not in session, you will likely find me traveling! My husband and I love exploring and are well on our way to visiting all 50 states (we’re already in the 40s!). With family out of state, quick trips to Illinois are a regular part of our routine. Outside of travel, you can usually find me listening and singing along to Broadway music, cooking, or enjoying a good book out on the patio. I am also an avid fan of winter and snow. I will take a cold, snowy day over summer weather any time!
