“Helping individuals feel supported as they discover who they are and grow into lives marked by resilience, acceptance, and self-love.”

You might be navigating grief that feels heavy and isolating, depression that drains your energy and motivation, or social anxiety that makes everyday interactions feel exhausting or intimidating. You may also be questioning your identity or struggling to feel confident in who you are. Whatever brings you here, you don’t have to face it alone.

Many of the clients I work with are trying to make sense of heavy emotions, navigate life changes, or simply feel more like themselves again. Whether you’re a child, teen, or adult, therapy can be a place to slow down, feel understood, and begin moving forward.

Therapy with me is a space where you can show up as you are—without pressure to have everything figured out. Together, we’ll work to understand what you’re going through, manage difficult emotions, and build a stronger sense of self.

In our work together, you’ll gain practical tools to manage emotions, grow in confidence, and strengthen your relationships. My approach is warm, gentle, and honest—I’ll meet you where you are while helping you take meaningful steps forward. Faith can be incorporated into our work if that’s important to you, and I always respect your individual beliefs and preferences.

TRAINING & EXPERIENCE

I previously worked as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), supporting children with autism in building communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills. I’ve also lived in different countries through global missions, connecting with people from diverse cultures and life experiences—experiences that deepened my appreciation for empathy, curiosity, and each person’s unique story.

My counseling approach is culturally responsive and client-centered, drawing from evidence-based practices like CBT, Person-Centered Therapy, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, and DBT skills, and is always tailored to each client’s individual needs and goals.

JUST FOR FUN!

Outside of the office, you’ll usually find me spending time with my husband, exploring local coffee shops, hiking, caring for my ever-growing collection of houseplants, or browsing record stores. I also enjoy traveling, trying new foods, and finding small adventures wherever I can! I believe that maintaining balance and making space for the things I love helps me show up fully for the clients I have the privilege of supporting.
