“Supporting individuals, couples, and families on their journey to healing and growth by providing a space to be heard, supported, and empowered to create lasting change.”
You love deeply and you're committed — to your relationships, your family, the life you're working hard to build. But even with everything you're pouring into the people and things that matter most, something still feels off.
The worry that follows you into sleep, the arguments that keep cycling back no matter how much you try to resolve them, the weight of experiences you haven't quite been able to let go of — these things don't just live in your mind. You can feel them in your body, in the tension you carry around, in the way you pull away when you most want to connect. You deserve to feel more at ease in your own life.
Picture yourself in relationships that feel close and steady, with a body that carries less tension and a past that no longer pulls you back. Real change is possible — and with the right support, you can start feeling it sooner than you might think.
I understand how important it is to have someone who listens, supports, and helps guide you toward growth. The counselor/client relationship is a deeply valuable part of the therapeutic process, and I am honored to collaborate with you as we work together toward meaningful change.
One of the powerful tools I utilize in my practice is Brainspotting, a therapeutic technique that helps heal deep trauma, often stored in the body. This approach allows us to uncover and resolve emotional wounds that have been buried.
In addition to trauma work, I enjoy helping people navigate relationships, whether it's building stronger connections with loved ones or learning how to set healthy boundaries. Together, we will set goals, prioritize self-care, and develop strategies to create a life that aligns with your values and aspirations.
It is truly an honor to walk alongside you and work together to create lasting change in your life.

JUST FOR FUN!
My husband and I were high school sweethearts, and together, we have built a big, loud, home filled with love. Our biological children are mostly grown, and we adopted two sets of twins from foster care—so there is never a dull moment! We love spending time together, whether we’re traveling, camping, going for family walks, or soaking up the sun at the beach. Life is full, busy, and beautiful, and I wouldn’t have it any other way!
