KIDS, TEENS & ADULTS | STRESS & ANXIETY | DEPRESSION | LIFE CHANGES
“Helping children, teens, and adults build emotional resilience and self-awareness in a space where they feel safe, seen, and supported.”
I specialize in supporting clients who are navigating the often-messy, often-meaningful process of figuring out who they are and what they want. The heart of my work is helping people feel safe enough to be fully themselves and brave enough to grow into the lives they’re meant for.
Many people find themselves considering therapy when they’ve done everything “right” and still don’t feel like themselves. Maybe you’re feeling stuck, anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected from the person you expected to be. Maybe you’re burned out, struggling to set boundaries, or carrying old patterns that no longer serve you. Therapy offers a space where you don’t have to perform or pretend — just slow down, be honest, and explore what’s really going on beneath the surface. Together, we work toward clarity, confidence, and a life that feels more aligned and grounded.
When working with children and teens, I focus on creating a supportive, engaging environment where they can better understand themselves, navigate big feelings, and build healthy connections — whether through play, creativity, or conversation.
No matter your stage of life, you deserve a place where you feel understood, supported, and capable of growing into your most authentic self.

Every client is different — so I don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach. I use developmentally appropriate, evidence-based methods to create a space where clients feel safe, seen, and empowered to grow. That might mean child-centered play therapy for younger kids, reflective and creative conversations with teens, or deeper identity and life work with adults. I draw from Child-Centered Play Therapy (CCPT), Child-Parent Relationship Therapy (CPRT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Reality Therapy (RT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
JUST FOR FUN!
I moved to Indianapolis from Kentucky in 2023 and have loved getting to know the city — especially the local thrift shops and concert venues! On quieter days, you’ll find me at home with my cat, Olive, relaxing with a good fantasy novel or spending time coloring. This year, I’m looking forward to traveling more and continuing to explore all the city has to offer.
